Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda Retreat at Gateway Ranch

A three-night, four-day immersion into Ayurvedic lifestyle and psychology invoking an exploration of unconditional love as the essence of all there is. Together we will consider how we can be delicate with ourselves, how we can bring unity during a time when there is so much dispersion and division among humanity. We will come back to who we are so we can shine for ourselves and for each other, uniting in love.

We will be infusing the retreat with the mantra, “we are one in love”.

This retreat will provide an introduction to Ayurveda as a way to integrate our spiritual/healing journey/experiences of growth. It has been designed to honor the wholeness that you already are while fostering conscious connection, spiritual growth, and personal development through Ayurvedic psychology, Tantra and Yogic wisdom.

Leelah’s depth of wisdom shines light on the nuts and bolts of Ayurveda that people don’t always understand. Leelah will guide an exploration of how the physical body responds to the emotional wellbeing and the synergy between the two, allowing this awareness to merge into every aspect of our daily life.

Intentions

To unite in love
To create a safe space where we can honor the wholeness that we already are
To build connection, offer and receive love
To celebrate the wholeness, integrating, supporting each other on the journey.
To provide a welcoming container for participants to learn ayurvedic wisdom that can be integrated into daily life
To explore bridging the East with the West
To introduce the nuts and bolts of Ayurveda that people don’t understand
To support integration of spiritual growth and “aha” moments’
To bring softness, playfulness

Together we will explore unconditional love, confusion around the divine masculine and feminine, and how we can integrate our spirituality into our daily lie. We will create space for reflection, questions and shared learning.

Lina brings over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, weaving together Eastern and Western practices. Her journey began with a personal injury at a young age, which conventional medicine couldn't heal. This lead her down a path in search of answers to her health questions. Her search lead her into a yoga class, where she started to not only feel better, but have fun. An auspicious encounter lead her to sign up for a Yoga Teacher Training program, where she came across the book, Structural Yoga Therapy, by Mukunda Stiles. This was the catalyst to a 12 year personal mentorship with Mukunda, as well as deep immersions into Structural Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and Tantra. Simultaneously, during these years, she was working in the medical fitness world, as a hospital fitness director, where she was exposed to clients with incredibly complex conditions. These two completely different paths were running within her at the same time. Her mentorship with Mukunda was drastic contrast to her medical fitness world. She refers to these years, as her spiritual bootcamp. In 2015 she was given the name Leelah in Ganeshpuri, India, and in 2024, the name Lakshmi, both marking her deep connection to the lineage and to the sacred teachings. Today, as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Structural Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 and founder of Leaping Lotus Wellness Studio, Leelah Lakshmi brings an integrated approach that helps others reconnect to their true nature and understand themselves on every level-physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Her two paths have formed a fusion of integrated wellness for everyone. Her passion is to empower her clients to find their innate desire for balance and lasting lifestyle change.
