  • Family Villa

    The Family Villa Suite consists of a main master suite which overlooks the ocean. It has a Bali King-sized bed (200×180), en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini refrigerator, kitchenette and lounge area with comfortable seating. There are also two other bedrooms, both of which also have a Bali King bed. Both of these bedrooms have their own en-suite, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and open up onto shared lounge area. Each room has a separate entrance. The family villa has a large wrap around patio overlooking the ocean.

  • Beach Villa

    With their prime location, the 2 Beach Villas, located closest to the beach. Each Beach VIlla has a queen bed, en-suite, large front terrace, kitchenette, air- conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini refrigerator and spectacular sea views.

  • Paradise Villa

    Located in its own private courtyard, the two-storey Paradise House has a large upstairs room with a queen bed, en-suite, air-conditioning and two outside seating areas – one overlooking the ocean, the other overlooking the mountains. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Each room has its own separate entrance, queen bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities and mini fridge.

  • Poinciana Villa

    The Poinciana Villa has one bedroom one with a Bali King bed (200×180) and one bedroom with twin beds. Each room has its own en-suite. The rooms are accessed through a shared lounge area. A kitchenette and dining area are connected to the lounge.

  • Orchid Villa

    The Orchid Villa has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own en-suite, air-conditioning and separate terraces, facing the main swimming pool and gardens. The rooms open up to a shared living room and kitchenette.

  • Hibiscus Villa

    The Hibiscus Villa has two rooms, each with their own private entrance. One unit has a queen bed and the other has two single beds, each with their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and terraces overlooking the main swimming pool.

  • Waterlily Villa

    The Waterlily Bungalow has two separate units; one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. Each unit has its own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and terrace overlooking the main swimming pool.

  • Frangipani Villa

    Our Frangipani Villa has two bedrooms, each with a Bali King bed (200×180), both with their own en-suite and air conditioning. This villa also has a shared living room and kitchenette with a generous terrace facing the main swimming pool and gardens.

  • Garden Villa

    Nestled amongst the tropical flora of the Poinciana gardens, the three Garden Apartments each have their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities and mini fridge. Two garden villa units have three single beds and one unit has a queen bed and single bed.

    I’ve already been in Ponciana twice, and it’s a truly special and absolutely wonderful place. I love the rooms, the swimming pools, the garden, the beach, and the clean sea — perfect for a beautiful swim. The hospitality of the team: "the Ponciana family" is amazing! I really felt at home there. I felt safe, nourished, and genuinely taken care of. The food is wonderful and very very tasty as well — they offer different options for everyone, no matter your dietary preferences. The ladies who gave the massages were the best in Bali (at least for me!). And something that is very important to me — the aesthetics of the whole resort are absolutely beautiful. Every detail feels harmonious and thoughtfully designed — with a good spirit. I’m already planning to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

    Resort Ponciana is a magical place, with very nice people! Ideal if you need to switch off, not worry about anything, and just be pampered. Maybe you will enjoy the local "worries" * whether you will have a fresh coconut or that wonderful fresh or mixed drink?!? * whether you will relax on a lounger in the pool or rather swim in the ocean * or which massage and whether to be pampered by the ocean?!? In Ponciana you will feel and live like royalty. Ponciano, thank you. ❤️

    Poinciana, aaach. Paradise for the body, balm for the soul. Beautiful, peaceful, loving resort, where you feel like in a bubble. Perfect food, perfect massages. Incredibly kind staff. This place is so magical that it cannot be described, it has to be experienced. I had the opportunity to be in another resort, which is more focused on Czechs and European tourists and there the Balinese charm completely disappeared. If you want a breathtaking experience and not just a place to sleep, Poinciana is the right place for you.

    A beautiful space full of peace and safety. Body and mind care - perfect massages, delicious food full of colors and flavors. A place where I allowed myself time for my exercises on the mat and time for moments of rest and contemplation. Amazing staff who are incredibly helpful.

    Poinciana Seaside Resort is an absolute slice of paradise. From the moment I arrived, I felt wrapped in calmness, beauty, and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay feel effortless and personal, and every detail, from the immaculate rooms to the breathtaking ocean views, radiated care. The beachfront is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the entire resort feels like a sanctuary created for true rest and joy. The food was AMAZING. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a heartfelt escape.
