Join a likeminded community of eco-entrepreneurs, spiritual seekers, wellness fanatics and other curious and open minded individuals as they gather to live the best version of themselves. Discover how easy it is to have your dream wellness vacation; where every health aspect of your life unfolds effortlessly. Palmaïa is for those who want to be healthy and connect with a likeminded community, for this reason the entire concept was created around our retreat experience called AïAWellness.
Palmaïa is a Wellness Resort on a beautiful beach, where you can vacation while living a healthy lifestyle. Vacation does not have to equal over-indulgence, in fact, if you eat from our more than 200+ recommended dishes at our six food locations, as much as you want, you will probably lose weight.
We have 234 well appointed suites whose design reflects the textures and colors of nature that surround you. We have a beautiful Spa in the jungle that is as magical and mystical as the medicine-men and women who take care of our guests. We are also child-friendly, where children can gather at our children’s club called Awen, based on Waldorf principles, we teach art, creativity and connection to nature.
Immerse yourself in mindful luxury. All oceanfront private king suites to family suites are designed to make you relax and feel connected to the natural elements within and around Palmaïa. Respecting nature, all suites are free of animal products choosing compassion over violence, as reflected in our Principles.
The Nourishing Biome is a unique food program only available at Palmaïa, where everything you eat is designed for optimal health. Instead of dictating what you should eat, we simplify by removing the most toxic ingredients in the modern food system. This empowers you to freely experiment and enjoy healthy food options.
The Architects of Life programming includes more than 50 holistic and health activities carried out every week by our in-house and visiting guides. AïAWellness is designed to include an integration structure around the program which includes one-on-one* sessions with our Guides as well as the support of all our Community.
The Rituals of Sound create casual gatherings for this purpose, held at beautiful locations where deep beats nourish the soul. No wellness experience can be complete without the use of energy, frequency and sound as part of the healing process.
The House of AïA ignites the invisible divide between what you believe and what is possible, reigniting the belief in Magic that you lost as a child. It is your house, the place where you gravitate to and feel comfortable during every step of your journey. It is your connection to oneness and nature that, once established, will be your guide to divinity – the life path you were designed to follow. Only you will know the moment you enter The House of AïA
Atlantis Spa emerges as a mystical sanctuary nestled among ancient rock formations, lush jungle, natural cenotes and endemic mangroves. Within this oasis, the ancient wisdom of indigenous healing is practiced by skilled medicine-men and women whose knowledge in many cases has been passed down through generations. As well as ancient healing methods Atlantis has a wide range of treatments to suit the needs of the wellness traveler. Treatments are carried out in our beautiful Temples perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings of the Jungle.
We have a one rate system called The Gifting Lifestyle (all-inclusive) where you pay once and everything is included*. You don’t need to worry about being short-changed here, no Wellness Resort in the world includes as much as we do.
*Certain services may have extra charges like Spa, Private Dinners, Private 1:1 sessions, boutique, etc.

in the last weekIve never done a wellness retreat style thing and I'm not even vegan. I cannot recommend this place enough. Food was amazing, yoga + activities all day, drinks were beyond delicious. If you're thinking about booking, just do it.

in the last weekWe have just returned after a week at Palmaïa - The House of AïA in Playa del Carmen, Mexico 🇲🇽 and I thought I’d write a review. We booked with TUI and whilst it is a 5* / on the pricier side we absolutely loved it and felt it was worth it as it included our flights and hotel stay (we found it cheaper booking the package holiday rather than paying for flights and hotel separately but we did go in peak season) ✈️ It is an all inclusive, wellness resort with all menus plant based. You can add on dairy or meat if you wish but it meant everything was vegan straight away which was amazing for us as a vegan couple. We spoke to other guests there who weren’t vegan and they loved all the food too! The food was incredible, the fluffiest pancakes for breakfast, tomato tartar at the Mediterranean restaurant, vegan sushi, scrambled tofu, matcha waffles and of course the seitan burritos at the taco truck. 🌮 They have incredible cocktail menus (standard without alcohol but you can add alcohol as well if you wish.) Room service is completely free with a full menu, the Palmaia burger was insane! The resort itself was beautiful, a great balance between sea and jungle. The service was excellent, your usual 5* anything is possible service which was fab and you get your own “nomadic guide” concierge who you can WhatsApp day and night for anything. Special shout outs to Wendy at Su Casa, Dany at the taco truck, Abraham on the beach and Alexander at Ume restaurant ⭐️ all the staff we encountered were friendly and we loved how they always checked for dietary requirements or allergies too! There are so many activities on each day (everything free of charge apart from the spa or an external excursion). We did morning yoga, sound baths, watercolour painting class, bread making class (called fermentation class), cacao ceremony, all amazing! The highlight of staying here was the nature. We saw spider monkeys 🐒 whilst walking to dinner, a grass snake 🐍 , coatis, agoutis, brown pelicans diving into the water, vultures, mockingbirds etc to name a few! Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 5* all inclusive holiday surrounded by beautiful beaches and the jungle 🌴 We have been lucky to travel around the world staying in stunning resorts but this place for us was the best in our opinion! We can’t wait to go back 💕

a week agoI dream of this place. Every single detail is perfection. The service, service providers, food, vide, atmosphere, programming, the wildlife, it’s literal just a dream. It makes me not want to go anywhere else
