With over thirty years of clinical experience in integrative mental health, I have a vast repertoire of skills to help people access their own inner wisdom. I am one of the US’s first Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapists. My pioneering work has been featured in two documentaries including Lisa Ling’s CBS special on the Psychedelic Renaissance.
I believe our work together is a collaboration designed to help you achieve what you define as your goals for living a life that feels the most meaningful and emotionally balanced as possible. Together we will build you a path to increased joy, awe and awakening.
It will be my honor and pleasure to help you create a personal, safe and soulful mind/body medicine journey experience. I will support you in a lovely one on one full day experience. Private group experiences are an option as well.
Depending on the time of year services are also available in Portugal and Spain.
All private journeys and retreats include preparation and two follow up integration sessions to maximize your personal growth and psychospiritual shifts. Additional integration is available upon request.

I have been a mental health therapist for over thirty years. Along the way I did training in Mind/Body Medicine at the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute and I am the past the Director of Mind/Body Wellness Education at The Univeristy of Virginia Medical Center. I have designed and delivered wellness programs for such acclaimed wellness resorts as the Golden Door, Four Seasons and One & Only. I am passionate about helping people discover their own path and practice to live with greater inner peace and connection to their inner wisdom. As one of the US's first Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapists, my training included studying with lead researchers at John's Hopkins, NYU and the London Imperial College. Psilocybin, when used in conjunction with skilled therapy, is a wise and powerful teacher that can help heal souls and enhance lives. It is my honor to work with this medicine in service of peoples healing.
