Our founder and head chef, Kyra Mirian Bramble, is trained in holistic nutrition, Le Cordon Bleu classic culinary arts, Ayurvedic cooking, raw food cuisine, Hawaiian medicinal food, and more. She is also a part-time yoga teacher herself, which allows her to understand the specific dietary needs of yoga practitioners and the spiritual community.
In addition to food, we bring an overall energetic ambiance to your retreat with our aligned assistants, intentional beverages, and thoughtful details such as altars, oracle cards, and sage. We strive to be an asset to your retreat, and our food is designed to empower both the hardworking leaders and the participants on their journey.
We are full-time Maui residents, and are intimately familiar with the island’s local produce, vendors, products, and retreat centers. We take pride in being a “recommended chef” at many venues, and are committed to providing 80% local and/or organic produce & proteins, always prioritizing farm-to-table, and striving to practice zero waste as much as possible.
