We have 234 well appointed suites whose design reflects the textures and colors of nature that surround you. We have a beautiful Spa in the jungle that is as magical and mystical as the medicine-men and women who take care of our guests. We are also child-friendly, where children can gather at our children’s club called Awen, based on Waldorf principles, we teach art, creativity and connection to nature.
Immerse yourself in mindful luxury. All oceanfront private king suites to family suites are designed to make you relax and feel connected to the natural elements within and around Palmaïa. Respecting nature, all suites are free of animal products choosing compassion over violence, as reflected in our Principles.
The Nourishing Biome is a unique food program only available at Palmaïa, where everything you eat is designed for optimal health. Instead of dictating what you should eat, we simplify by removing the most toxic ingredients in the modern food system. This empowers you to freely experiment and enjoy healthy food options.
The Architects of Life programming includes more than 50 holistic and health activities carried out every week by our in-house and visiting guides. AïAWellness is designed to include an integration structure around the program which includes one-on-one* sessions with our Guides as well as the support of all our Community.
The Rituals of Sound create casual gatherings for this purpose, held at beautiful locations where deep beats nourish the soul. No wellness experience can be complete without the use of energy, frequency and sound as part of the healing process.
The House of AïA ignites the invisible divide between what you believe and what is possible, reigniting the belief in Magic that you lost as a child. It is your house, the place where you gravitate to and feel comfortable during every step of your journey. It is your connection to oneness and nature that, once established, will be your guide to divinity – the life path you were designed to follow. Only you will know the moment you enter The House of AïA

in the last weekThis place is truly magical. The food is out of this world amazing and the service is nothing short of stellar. It absolutely lived up to the 2 Key Michelin Star rating. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to escape and relax.

a month agoRooms were great. Food was great unless you’re looking for seafood. Beaches were great. Service was slow for food because of the time to prep most dishes and the capacity. Not many kids activities other than beach. Pool was on the smaller side compared to other resorts. Would come back again with adults but not with kids due to kids food options and not many kids activity.

a week agoWonderful vacation, gorgeous, stylish place. Very well maintained. Caring, kind, attentive staff. Truly special. Food and drinks were outstanding with options for everyone. One of the nicest and most elegant all inclusive anywhere.

a month agoAlready counting the days until we can go back! Palmäia exceeded all expectations, which I had already a high bar for. The atmosphere is remarkable. It feels designed to have the place to yourself. In talking to the staff the vacancy was about average but there was never a moment where we couldn't have ample space to relax, explore and feel like we were at a private resorts. Beach chairs and cabanas were always open and plentiful. The service was impeccable. Amongst many others, Danny and Freddy working service on the beach and Reyes at the Taco Stand are exemplary models of customer service. They did an incredible job making us feel welcomed and I felt a genuine desire for them to be great hosts at their wonderful resort. The spa, though spendy, was a unique experience that we're glad we opted for. Ruben and his assistant (I wish I remembered her name) performed a ritual ahead of our massage, that helped my wife and I feel reunited in our relationship. The massage was amazing as well. I initially was a little hesitant about some of the daily activities but thought that they were all executed well. For example the Gong Bath seemed a little out there, but I was blown away by that unique experience. And of course, the food. Wow. I am not vegan but was blown away at nearly every restaurant and entree. Watermelon pastor tacos? The only complaint I had was that there were too many decent options it was hard to pick from. In several instances though, the staff reasoned that they could request a smaller portion for us to taste. For being all inclusive there was no "shying" away from quality or quantity that I've felt elsewhere. Being presented with a generous pour of high quality Mezcal after our meal at LEK was a fine example of that! We traveled without our kids but felt that this place would also be remarkable with them and are planning to come again soon with them. I can't believe I'm walking away from a vacation, especially and all inclusive, feeling healthier, more grounded (and lighter). All of this while never once missing a quality meal.

a month agoAs a vegan I wish I could rate this hotel higher. We spent an enormous amount of money to go here and even if the price was 50 percent less it still would not be worth it. PROS Gorgeous location nestled in the jungle Beautiful beach and sand. Ocean is choppy so expect the red flag may be up. Highly recommend watching the sunrise. They have vegan food though it’s very hit and miss if it’s tasty. Portions range from tiny to normal. I’m a whole food vegan and leave room for some splurges but overall some food was tasty and some looked good but completely lacked flavour. The wellness juice shots are a nice touch Charley’s Taco Truck. They offered the absolute best service on site. Beautiful spaces for wellness activities to take place in Beautiful restaurant and lounging spaces Bluetooth speakers in the room CONS We are a couple with no kids. They put us in the kids area. The kids were so loud at night. Banging and jumping and running around. As we were in the kids area our room had a bunk bed. We had a regular bed too but extremely strange they put a childfree couple in this area without warning. Had they told me this was the only room available we would have thought twice about staying here. We paid extra for the view of the ocean but being in the kid area had a view of the kid pool. There’s shockingly tons of kids at this resort overall. The adult longer area exists but it’s not in the best spot. We found the last lounger available in the afternoon but the ocean view is obscured by a larger bush. Price Slow service Requirement to make dinner reservations. Serves all types of animals and animal products so not a true vegan resort We checked out at 430 am and they would not allow us to take breakfast to go. They did not even have still water at the front desk. They have a strict no take out policy even when on site. Loungers by the ocean are nice but they don’t have enough so people put towels on them to reserve and walk away for hours. Group next to us ‘reserved’ 4 lounge spaces and we don’t see them come back for 4 hours. At 7 am the loungers are free but people start to ‘reserve’ as of 730 am and then go off to yoga , breakfast , etc Truly some of the worst quality ‘wellness’ classes I’ve ever attended. This place lacks true heart but is 💯 % Instagram worthy. The cold/hot plunge was under maintenance during our stay.
