3 months agoI stayed at this hotel for a retreat. Antonella, our host made the experience epic. She scheduled outings, massages, everything and anything that had to do with our stay. The staff is incredible and attentive. Oh the food!! Every meal was fresh, full of local fare and absolutely delicious. Let's talk about the location. We were in the middle of the jungle and still close to the ocean. We would be meditating and it would start pouring rain which was magical. The rooftop lounges are great for yoga or a nighttime sound bath. It is one of the best and most memorable experiences I've had. Antonella and her crew made it most enjoyable.

3 months agoMagical stay in the heart of the Tulum Jungle. Excellent amenities. Everything I needed to make my trip everything I wanted. Antonella and her crew are the best! She made sure we always had what we wanted. Taking care of our group every step of the way. I can’t wait to be back! The private chef is top notch. Every single meal we shared was delicious and natural. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip or next corporate retreat.

3 months agoI will never forget this experience. I got to focus on the entire trip the way we wanted to because Antonella and her team were so dialed in on making sure all of the tiny details were handled. This is a tiny example: One night, we unrolled all the yoga mats on one of the roofs to look at the stars. We carried pillows up there too. It was the best conversation I’ve had in a long time. We went to pick them all up after we were done, but when the team heard our commotion, they insisted they handle the extra labor. The tiniest details occurred over and over. It was beautiful. The service was better than a 5 star resort. Thank you all for everything!!

a month agoThis is hands down one of the most incredible places I’ve stayed while traveling. The location is beautifully nestled in the jungle. The staff were incredible, very attentive, kind, and helpful. The food provided was top notch. The rooms were amazing. I highly recommend staying at Kaaba Luum!

a month agoIncredible experience at Kaaba Luum! The staff was fantastic, they were prepared for anything for our big group, paid lots of attention to detail. Always serving us with a smile. The jungle surrounding us was stunning. Very isolated yet cozy.
