Oodles Retreat is available for private hire in it’s entirety and there are various options, depending on your group size and sharing arrangements, but it will always be for your exclusive use!

Resting on an expansive flat plot spanning 12,700 square meters, the retreat showcases an exceptional contemporary design across its impressive 680 sq mtrs of living space.

A totally private and tranquil escape, tucked away in the countryside, but only a few minutes to amenities and the local town of Benissa.

This picturesque coastal area offers an abundance of stunning coves and beaches stretching for miles. Within a short drive, you’ll find the charming towns of Benissa Costa, Moraira, Calpe, Javea, Jalon Valley, and Altea, each boasting numerous restaurants and bars to explore.

The charming cobblestone streets, characteristic of Spanish towns, are adorned with boutique shops, offering a distinctive shopping experience.

It’s challenging to capture the true magnitude of our retreat through photographs alone, but rest assured, we have oodles of space. With numerous outdoor areas, your group will always have room to breathe and unwind without feeling crowded. Each space has been meticulously crafted to prioritise your comfort and that of your guests.

Electric gates with entry system provide access and a sweeping driveway welcome you to this private haven. An extensive turning and parking area is located at the rear of the property,

There’s so much to do on-site, private tennis court with balls and rackets included, heated swimming pool, table tennis and professional pool table. Beach sand volley ball and pétanque court are in an elevated position capturing the best of the countryside views.

For those traveling with infants, our full range of infant equipment is available free of charge; travel cots, hi-chairs, changing mats, baby monitor, rocking chair, baby baths, bottle warmer and steriliser.

Spanning three levels, this impeccably designed country house offers a seamless open-plan layout with a contemporary flow throughout. The spacious interiors exude a remarkable sense of space, complemented by French doors that effortlessly link the indoors with the alfresco dining areas, creating a vast entertainment venue. With multiple lounge spaces, a dining room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a central island and granite work surfaces, every aspect of the property is thoughtfully curated for your comfort and enjoyment.

Cabana beds and sun beds are positioned around the terraces with grass umbrellas for shade. The terrace also benefits from various covered areas, so you and your guests can enjoy shady relaxation at any time of the day. There are various exterior dining and lounge areas, with comfortable custom made Dutch style furniture. Our lagoon style swimming pool with a gentle sloping entrance has the option to be heated during the cooler seasons. While our mature Mediterranean gardens create a space of tranquility.

Rest and rejuvenate in our spacious bedrooms, our versatile beds can be joined to form a super king-sized bed or separated into twin beds, offering flexibility for individual sleeping preferences. Beautiful sheets feel cool and crisp against your skin, and our duvets are light, providing just the right amount of warmth without being too heavy. Pillows are plump and soft, and you can’t help but imagine sinking into them for a long and peaceful night’s sleep.

Every bedroom is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, boasting spacious layouts, high ceilings, and ample windows inviting natural light to illuminate the rooms. The decor is tasteful and sophisticated, complemented by carefully selected artwork adorning the walls and luxurious accents throughout.

All bedrooms offer a similar layout and specification, they are all have hot and cold air conditioning and central heating. Bedrooms, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 all have ensuite bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, bedroom 1 also has a bath. The annexe has an ensuite bathroom and lounge area.

The Main House sleeps up to 16 people, includes:

• Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 (Sleeps 2 per room in either twin or super king beds)
• Bedrooms 5 & 6 (Sleeps 4, in either twin or super king beds and 1 set of full size bunk beds)
• Bedroom 7 (Sleeps 4 in 2 sets of full size bunks)
• For groups exceeding 16 there is an option to add on additional rooms.
• Upper Level Rooms optional
  Bedrooms 8, 9, 10 (Sleeps 2 per room in either twin or super king beds)
• Annexe optional
  Bedroom 11 (Sleeps 4 in either twin or super king beds)
