Aerial & Pole Fitness
Use of an outdoor, load-tested aerial yoga rig for 6 students and 1 teacher (also suitable for hoop & trapeze). For beach workshops or photo opportunities, two portable x-poles and 4-portable aerial frames can be utilised. There is also a Iyengar yoga wall for those addicted to hanging upside down! *SUP Yoga is available, for a truly expansive experience. Teacher training courses welcomed.

11 months agoI went to one of the day retreats this winter and it was awesome. Beautiful place, made with lots of love. The outside yoga place is really extraordinary and the food was delicious! Peaceful landscape around where we went for a mindful walk… Tessa is a very kind host and wants you to have the best time, she really cares and you can feel her ease and warmth. Highly recommended! 🤗

4 years agoWhat an amazing venue!! Tessa and Paul have created a paradise! It has so many useful features - great for hosting retreats and all sorts of getaways. It even has an outdoor cinema! It seems secluded and quiet yet it is easily accessible to the closest towns and the beach and is well located to explore the beautiful mountains nearby. I definitely recommend this place!
