Our therapeutic journey is designed to support healing, release, and restoration through honest self-reflection and by fostering a profound connection to spirit. After more than a decade of working with ayahuasca, we have fine-tuned our ayahuasca retreat Costa Rica program to offer a variety of complementary healing modalities. From our ayahuasca ceremonies guided by Ayahuasqueros trained in the Peruvian Mestizo traditions to Hatha yoga sessions, massage therapy, group sharing circles, nature therapy, nutritional meals, and airport transfers, we have considered every element to best support you on your journey.

a month agoWhat an amazing experience! It started with good communication about arrival to the retreat as well as tips to prepare for it as well. Jeanae and Matt were excellent hosts, always willing to talk, be of assistance or anything you might need. I truly felt safe from the moment I walked in and it continued throughout my stay and the ceremonies. The food was also excellent and Jeanae also shared some of her recipes with us as well. The other people who attended were also incredibly kind and helpful. I was lucky to have experienced this. I couldn't imagine a better experience.

2 months agoJeanae and Matt are such wonderful personalities and create safe and loving environment for the ceremonies. The place is quiet and relaxing which helps when you go through an intense session and want to calm down in between. There’s enough of personnel to take care of you unlike some competitors. The vegetarian food is very tasty. Many thanks for the wonderful retreat! ❤️

5 months agoChoosing New Life Rising blessed me not only with a New Life but a completely new mindset and a love for life. I really enjoyed that the maximum group size wasn't an excessive head count. I was able to open up around complete strangers and these strangers became family by the end of the retreat. Matt & Janae are amazing, wholesome people and the best facilitators. The retreat is very relaxing, organic and beautiful beyond belief. The food 🤤 so so good! They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport which took all of my anxiety away. If you're out there searching for a life changing experience, I 10/10 recommend New Life Rising 💚

a month agoMy experience at New Life was life changing. I did the 5-day package (2 ceremonies). Matt & Jeanae were incredible host. They took care of us from the time we booked the trip. The communication prior to arrival was excellent—very responsive to any questions I had about how best to prepare. Once on the property, accommodations were as expected. Lush grounds and an extremely personable staff (s/o Craig & Lina)! Craig was very supportive, and (Lina) the food was incredible. I never thought going meatless for a week would be so easy. They made sure we wanted for nothing. My overall experience was exactly what I needed and I would definitely recommend booking with New Life. As a first timer, I had my reservations given the stigma around psychedelic retreats but I’m glad I chose to go with Matt & Jeanae because THEY DO IT RIGHT!!! 10/10 I highly recommend.

4 months agoNew Life Rising literally allowed me to put my past behind me, and let my new life rise to levels I couldn’t even imagine. Matt and Jeanae put a tremendous amount of work and preparation and study into sharing this medicine and guiding others. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is healthy and tasty, and the environment and ceremonies are a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with the energy of the universe. New Life has helped me become a better human being all around.
