5 Day Therapeutic Ayahuasca Retreat – 2 Ceremonies with Yoga and Massage

What an amazing experience! It started with good communication about arrival to the retreat as well as tips to prepare for it as well. Jeanae and Matt were excellent hosts, always willing to talk, be of assistance or anything you might need. I truly felt safe from the moment I walked in and it continued throughout my stay and the ceremonies. The food was also excellent and Jeanae also shared some of her recipes with us as well. The other people who attended were also incredibly kind and helpful. I was lucky to have experienced this. I couldn't imagine a better experience.

A Tearful Thank You to New Life Ayahuasca (April 23 - April 29, 2025) My second journey with New Life Ayahuasca in six months has left my heart brimming with gratitude and love. Matt and Janae are phenomenal! They create a welcoming environment and embrace everyone with kindness and love. The retreat was nothing short of amazing, and the ceremonies felt truly magical. I can’t express how life-changing this experience was-it honestly was the best gift I’ve ever given myself.

Jeanae and Matt are such wonderful personalities and create safe and loving environment for the ceremonies. The place is quiet and relaxing which helps when you go through an intense session and want to calm down in between. There’s enough of personnel to take care of you unlike some competitors. My partner and I attended a 7 day retreat with Matt and Janae. This included 3 Aya ceremonies. I previously didn’t have any experience with psychedelics. I had been through some traumatic life experiences and this retreat was my way of taking my life back into my own hands and doing something to shock my system to get me back to myself because I felt so lost. And, that’s exactly what happened! First of all, every aspect of the retreat is so perfectly and mindfully considered. The food, the activities, the restful moments…it’s all wonderful. The staff is carefully selected and I felt very comfortable + safe around every person I came in contact with. It’s crazy how the universe works and the people in your group end up having the most random things in common with you. You’ll start to see how magical and beautiful the universe is — guiding you through life. If you are at the point where you are reading reviews and considering doing this for yourself—DO IT! I definitely liked how it did feel like a vacation despite it really being more of a therapeutic experience. The bonds you make with your group during the group sharing are next level. You really do feel like these people are part of your soul family in someway forever connected by the vine. The experience itself can be intense…I’m not going to lie. I think the more you surrender, the better your experience will be. I was a total control freak prior to this experience and something has forever shifted after having this experience with Aya. Matt and Janae are a perfect balance in the ceremonies. Matt like a warrior protector and Janae is like an angel / fairy making sure there is light for everyone to latch onto if things get too intense. And even though it can feel intense at times, there are also times of joy and happiness and connection throughout as well. Having no experience with any drugs really — the physical aspect of just, I guess now it’s like being in your body more while also expanding outside of your body so that can be hard for your brain to process and feel uncomfortable. But, I am a baby and if I can do this — you definitely can too! I had beautiful experiences during my ceremonies too where I was smiling and felt so connected to nature and the universe. I had moments where I saw myself throughout various stages of my life and was able to have this self love that I never had before from distortions. I also saw some supernatural type of things as well. For me, my visions were more iridescent, overlayed on top of my reality. I was too scared to close my eyes, haha. Like I said, I am a baby and like to be in control. But, I did what I could at the time. If I ever did it again, I would definitely challenge myself to surrender more! The universe truly has your back and you are completely safe and will come back to yourself if you let go and surrender to the process! I left the retreat with my mind SILENT for the first time in my life. The little voice in my head was gone for a couple of weeks. I also have had psychic abilities and my intuition open up more as a result of this experience too. And, a multi-level spiritual awakening that I don’t think will ever end as our consciousness and understanding is forever expanding as we tune into it. So like I said, life changing. If you are looking for a shock to your system and to literally have a new outlook on life, this is for you. This is a very serious life change and you will forever be grateful to Matt and Janae, your group, mother Aya, the universe and yourself for bringing it all together. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that just can’t get a hold of their mental state, suffers from PTSD, needs a radical shift in their life, feeling hopeless. Just remember that when you return home, you will be different and it’s important to honor that and the blessings will keep pouring in. So grateful for it all! 💗
