Family Villa

The Family Villa Suite consists of a main master suite which overlooks the ocean. It has a Bali King-sized bed (200×180), en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini refrigerator, kitchenette and lounge area with comfortable seating. There are also two other bedrooms, both of which also have a Bali King bed. Both of these bedrooms have their own en-suite, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and open up onto shared lounge area. Each room has a separate entrance. The family villa has a large wrap around patio overlooking the ocean.
Beach Villa

With their prime location, the 2 Beach Villas, located closest to the beach. Each Beach VIlla has a queen bed, en-suite, large front terrace, kitchenette, air- conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini refrigerator and spectacular sea views.
Paradise Villa

Located in its own private courtyard, the two-storey Paradise House has a large upstairs room with a queen bed, en-suite, air-conditioning and two outside seating areas – one overlooking the ocean, the other overlooking the mountains. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Each room has its own separate entrance, queen bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities and mini fridge.
Poinciana Villa

The Poinciana Villa has one bedroom one with a Bali King bed (200×180) and one bedroom with twin beds. Each room has its own en-suite. The rooms are accessed through a shared lounge area. A kitchenette and dining area are connected to the lounge.
Orchid Villa

The Orchid Villa has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own en-suite, air-conditioning and separate terraces, facing the main swimming pool and gardens. The rooms open up to a shared living room and kitchenette.
Hibiscus Villa

The Hibiscus Villa has two rooms, each with their own private entrance. One unit has a queen bed and the other has two single beds, each with their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and terraces overlooking the main swimming pool.
Waterlily Villa

The Waterlily Bungalow has two separate units; one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. Each unit has its own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge and terrace overlooking the main swimming pool.
Frangipani Villa

Our Frangipani Villa has two bedrooms, each with a Bali King bed (200×180), both with their own en-suite and air conditioning. This villa also has a shared living room and kitchenette with a generous terrace facing the main swimming pool and gardens.
Garden Villa

Nestled amongst the tropical flora of the Poinciana gardens, the three Garden Apartments each have their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities and mini fridge. Two garden villa units have three single beds and one unit has a queen bed and single bed.

Poinciana is an absolute paradise on Earth! 🌴✨ My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at Poinciana and loved it. From the beautiful rooms and stunning views to the delicious food – everything was absolutely perfect. Not only is it a beautiful tranquil place with an incredible atmosphere, but what truly makes it special is the amazing team that takes care of you. I have never experienced such warm, kind, and attentive staff – every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and everything is done with so much love that you instantly feel at home. The resort is beautifully landscaped and tranquil, with villas, pools, a restaurant, and a ‘zen lounge’ nestled among lush greenery. Winding paths connect well-tended lawns, trees, and flowers, leading to the beach—perfect for swimming or snorkelling over the vibrant coral reef. The food was incredible, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, with an extensive menu, including Western dishes. Huge thanks to everyone at Poinciana, we were sad to leave and would definitely return!"

I have just spent three weeks at a meditation retreat in this centre. FANTASTIC! We had a family villa with the sea views and a separate living room. The resort is beautifully designed with statues and ponds with fish and there is green everywhere. It has two swimming pools, direct access to the beach and plenty of outside space to relax. The staff will "bring you the blue from the sky" and nothing is a problem. The resort also organizes dolphin seeing trips, ceremonies, etc. etc. If you are used to a standard "western holiday style", do yourself a favour and come try what it feels like to be treated like nobility :-)

We had a great stay in Poinciana. The resort has a beautiful, well maintained garden and is right by the sea with nice coral reefs. The service was simply superb. And we really enjoyed local food in the restaurant. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Amazing Family Getaway at a Seaside Villa We stayed at this hotel for four weeks as a small family with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had a Seaside Villa, and every day felt like a dream. The hotel staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was snorkeling every day at the beautiful reef right at our doorstep. The hotel provided high-quality snorkeling equipment, which made the experience even better. It was great to see that other families with children were also enjoying their time here. The food was exceptional, with high-quality dishes served daily. We especially loved the regular breakfast and dinner by the sea, where we could enjoy the sunrise and sunset—absolutely stunning! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation by the sea. It’s a place where you can relax, explore, and create beautiful memories.

Absolutely exceptional experience!! A wonderful resort in the quiet northern part of the island, incredibly nice and helpful staff and the food! It was a luxurious dining experience.
