Accommodation
We feature impressive 4-star rooms and suites and 5-star beachfront pool accommodation and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. Our relaxing resort accommodation by the beach provides you with the perfect base for your retreat, choose from a range of luxury villas, pool side and family suites to interconnecting rooms. With 56 resort rooms, 10 suites, 38 beachfront pool suites and 2 villas, your retreat team can choose from a range of Bali beachfront accommodation options to suit every budget.
Wellness
At Hotel Komune, we take a holistic approach to wellness, from world-class gym facilities to healthy meals.
We have every amenity you will need to host a yoga retreat in Bali. Practice sunrise yoga at our Ocean Warung. Teach an aerial yoga class at our Jungle Pavilion. Enjoy the AC at our inside training studio. All our yoga studios are fully equipped with mats, straps, blocks and everything else you’ll need for a yoga class. Your retreat guests can enjoy the use of both the indoor and outdoor functional bodyweight workout areas, silks, Iyengar ropes, barre and our fully equipped gymnasium.
The village green and outdoor commons are often transformed into open-air fitness classes; gym junkies can get their fix right on the beach at our fully equipped muscle beach and workout zone; and of course, the world-famous Keramas surf break is right on our doorstep.
No matter what kind of fitness retreat you want to run, we have the facilities to support you. Take your students to work out at muscle beach and have a blast on our outdoor gym equipment. Our functional training centre was built for fitness groups like Cross Fit and F45 to host their own retreats in Bali. Equipment includes free weights, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, swiss balls, heavy ropes, parallel bars, chin-up bars, rings, box, boxing, bosu balls, surf set boards and rowing machines.
Groups wishing to host their own retreat at Hotel Komune have the option of bringing their own training staff to Bali or taking advantage of our in-house, fully qualified yoga, fitness and wellness instructors.
Pamper your guests at our in-house day spa with massages, facials and beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures and hair styling. We also provide Ayurvedic consultations.

The Health Hub
We’ve created a 100% plant-based menu for vegans, vegetarians and anyone looking for healthy food in Bali. We grow some of our own food on site in our very own organic garden. The rest is sourced and carefully handpicked from local, organic and sustainable farmers. All chicken and pork products are free-range and seafood is sustainably sourced, not farmed. For breakfast, choose from dishes including a tofu scramble with veggies and turmeric or our green smoothie bowl. At lunch, choose from one of nine plant-based burgers or healthy versions of Balinese classics like nasi goreng and yellow curry. Skipping dessert would be a mistake with gluten-free options like sweet potato cake and black rice klepon.
Komune Beach Club
Our Beach Club was voted in the top 5 in Asia and the executive chef brings his worldwide cuisine experience to the dishes. Inviting entertainment and exquisite nibbles from Asia, Europe, and Australia are being served in themed night dinners. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, there’s plenty of great food choices on offer including an array of healthy juices, colourful cocktails, delicious seafood, authentic pizzas, and fresh salads. Simple, tasty and fresh is the mantra here.
The Surfers Warung
We like to stay true to our roots, and that means preserving the local Bali surfing culture. What’s better than hanging out in beach Warungs pre and post surf for snacks, drinks and banter. Our Surfers Warung is the original Warung that was at Keramas before our resort. And it’s still staffed by the original Warung owners who first opened in 2002 – the famous Ida Boys. The Warung specialises in traditional Balinese food and Warung specialities such as Nasi Goreng, banana pancakes, Bali coffee, cheese jaffles and beng-beng bars. All at traditional Warung prices – winning.

From the moment we arrived, the incredibly warm and attentive staff made us feel so special, going above and beyond to welcome us with a beautiful surprise honeymoon setup in our room. Every moment here has been a dream—from indulging in delicious food and impeccable service to finding the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Mornings started with beachside yoga, followed by endless surf sessions that kept my husband smiling, and afternoons were spent lounging by the pool with chilled beers on sunset. Pure paradise! Komune delivers a luxurious island escape at a reasonable price, and we truly can’t wait to return. If you're looking for the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and tropical bliss, this is the place to be!

a week agoI had an amazing experience at Hotel Komune, it's in an incredible location by the beach. The accommodation is serene and calming, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The daily programmes were amazing. The food was also fantastic with juice boosters and mocktails. When I forgot an item, they were so helpful in returning it to me and packaged it so incredibly well! Truly exceptional!

2 months agoStaying at Komune Resort is truly an unforgettable experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and facilities of the resort very complete. We can find beach club, spa, boutique, fitness, yoga and kids club in one place. I really like being able to go straight to the beach from the resort. The staff are also friendly and always ready to help. My daughter and son really enjoy playing at the kids club. My children are very happy with the kids club and swimming pool in front of our room. 3 weeks agoOur third trip here! Komune is incredible. If you enjoy healthy food & a fit lifestyle this place is for you. The free range kids club is amazing. It's mostly outdoors and loads of fun. We'll be back again next year. Our favourite place in Bali by far.

3 months agoWe absolutely fall in love with this place. We live in Bali for three years but had never been here before. We stayed with the group of families. There are so huge territory with football field, with really good kids zone, few chalets for yoga and practices, lectures., various of cuisine (even vegan and high quality protein), little own growing garden, pool, adult only pool, gym and outdoor gym, recovery zone (ice baths), yoga schedule, detox program, surf spot and night surf. Evening fireplace near the beach. We love the beautiful pathway to the beach with sand and you may walk barre feet. Staff were amazing and very helpful, that was a real pleasure to talk to them or ask for assistance. They did everything. We had some issues with the room (we stayed in the no ocean view) and that was a bit old but still maintained very well (no mold, no crushed things). Our issue was only one - no privacy in the shower and our kid got hurt with the surf holder wooden outside. She stepped on the lower holder and fall, and quite heavy construction just fall on her and scratched strong She didn't know how it worked. I would recommend to put maybe a little sign for kids "no step". But the service in the room was really good - working a/c and fan (we used only fan, it was enough for us). There are healthy snacks (protein plant based balls or less sugar cookies - it's just amazing), glass bottles (not plastic one), white towels (really white, not grey as most of the places), good quality tea, all for your shower and teeth. Even there was a stone bath to wash your feet before entering the room. So we really enjoyed to stay our 5 days.
