This incredible retreat is designed to immerse you in the natural beauty of South Africa’s bush, beach and mountains from the safety of your yoga mat.

Itinerary

Single accommodation is provided in double rooms, except for the last 2 nights at Nambiti Elephant Rock Lodge where accommodation is Double/Twin sharing.

    Carolyn was born and raised in South Africa, has lived and worked in the Middle East for the past 16 years as a Corporate Executive, and is now transitioning her career to focus on Sustainability and Wellness.
    Her favourite yoga practice is outdoors in nature, and she loves the beach, hiking, baking and spending time with her family.
